Greenpeas Curry

Greenpiece Curry


1.Greenpeas.                                  : 250 gram

2.Big Onion                                     : 3 or 4 No.s

3.Garlic                                            : 6 or 7 No.s

4.Ginger                                           : 1 small piece

5.Coconut Milk                                : 11/2 Cup

6. RedChilly Powder                       : 11/2 TableSpoon

7. Coriander Powder                       : 3 Tablespoon

8.Turmeric Powder                         : 1/2 teaspoon

9. Meat Masala
    (Garam Masala)                          : 3 Tablespoon

10 Any vegetableOil                        :3 Tablespoon

11. Curry leaves, Coriander leaves  : few

12.Salt                                     : Required Quantity

Preperation:

                             Cut Big onion, Ginger, Garlic into small pieces and cook it with Greenpeas in a cooker for 1 or 2 whistle. Take a medium type Bowl shape cooking Pan and heat any vegetable Oil and add Red chilly powder, Coriander powder, Turmeric powder and few Curry leaves and stir it well . Immediately add the cooked greenpeas and mix it well. Add required Salt.After 1 or 2 minute add the Coconut Milk and Meat Masala (Garam Masala) into the Curry. After 10 second Turn off the Gas and garnish it with Curry leaves and Malliyila(coriander leaves).

Super Greenpeas Curry is Ready.You can have it with Chappathi, Appam, Parotta and Idiyappam
