Ambalappuzha PalPayasam


Ingrediants

 1. Ponni Rice
     or any white colour rice  : 5 Tablespoon

2. Sugar                                : 1 glass

3. Milk                                    : 11/2 Litre



Preparation:

                   Put all the ingrediants into the 5 litre cooker. Close the lid without putting weight. Cook in high flame. When steam comes, put the weight on cooker and cook for 44 minutes in very low flame.you are carefull that do not whistle the cooker for 45 minutes. After 44 minutes, Turn off the gas and wait for few minutes

Easy and Tasty Ambalappuzha Palpayasam is ready
