Crispy Egg Cutlet


Crispy and Tasty Cutlet

Ingredients:

Boiled Egg : 3 nos.
Boiled Potato : 4 nos.
Pepper powder : 2 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Cornflour : 3 tablespoon
Cornflakes : 1 cup
Any vegetable oil : 11/2 cup

Preparation:

Slice the hard boiled eggs and set aside. Smash the potatoes. Add 1 spoon pepper powder, salt and mix them well.
Cover well each sliced eggs with potato paste and set aside. Take small jar of mixie and make cornflakes into semi powder form and put these powder in a plate. Take a bowl, mix cornflour, salt and pepper powder and make a smooth paste by adding few water.
Heat sufficient oil on a non-stick tawa.
Dip each covered egg in the cornflour paste and then roll it in the cornflakes powder and put it in the hot oil and deep fry the egg cutlet on both side.
Serve hot with Tomato sauce and sliced onion.
