Finger Chips



1. Potato                                  : 1/2 Kilo

2.Any Vegetable Oil              : 500 gram

3. Salt                                       : 1/2 Teaspoon

4. Red chilly Powder             : 1/2 Teaspoon

5. Tomato sauce ( not necessary)

Preperation


                        
  • Cut potato into thin long strips ( finger size)
  • wash them and then make them dry completely.
  • Deep fry potato strips in heated oil till it turns light brown.
  • Take it out from the pan and sprinkle salt and chilly powder.



  • Finger Chips is Ready. Serve hot with sauce to taste more.
